I entered the mortgage industry in 2001 as a Senior Loan Officer after a successful career in sales and operations management in the manufacturing software industry. My role was to work with company executives to determine return-on-investments and cost justification of projects ranging from $50,000 to $1 million. Then I would help structure the contracts to reflect the details that had been agreed upon. I took that experience to the mortgage business. I had also been an active Realtor for several years and have helped many buyers find the right loan to buy the house of their dreams.
I moved from Rhode Island to Port St. Lucie with my wife and two children in 1993 and have seen our area grow significantly since then. I have always been an active member of the community and volunteer my time to worthy causes. I have a special place in my heart for the WPSL Christmas Kids program as well as the United Way. I also have been very active with the Pineapple Playhouse and the Barn theaters.
My educational background includes two college degrees and hundreds of hours of training in real estate, mortgage and related topics.
My commitment to you, my client, is to understand your situation in detail so that I can recommend one or more loan products that will best meet your needs. We will review and discuss together. I will never ask you to sign any paperwork until you are completely comfortable with the loan details.
I encourage you to contact me before you start your real estate search. I can help you obtain a “pre-qualification” which positions you very nicely when negotiating with a real estate agent representing a seller. If you don’t qualify now, I can advise you what steps you could take over the next weeks or months in order to better position yourself for the loan you want.
I will always treat you with the respect you deserve and strive to make the transaction as smooth as possible. Then I will ask you to help me by referring me to your family and friends.
I look forward to working with you soon !
